She is a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in the field of Neuroscience. Her research focuses on the study of cognitive functions and the use of virtual reality in individuals with ASD. She is also a research associate and PhD candidate at the Democritus Research Center, Department of Informatics and Telecommunications. She has completed her undergraduate studies at the Pedagogical Department of the University of Crete, her postgraduate studies in Special Education and New Technologies at the Democritus University of Thrace, and in School Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University, while she is also completing her studies at the Department of Psychology at Marconi University in Rome.
